Key note 1. All Casinos look at `the Millennial` as a potential future (or not so future) customer. Can we learn lessons from retailers who -also- thought they knew what Millennials really want? Want motivates them? What will make them come to your location AND return to your location?

Day 2 will see more relevant presentations for Managers of Land-Based Casino Operations. Hoping we will live in a world ‘past COVID 19’ in June 2021, we will include topics on ‘lessons learned’.
The evening programs will be memorable; be it the visit to a local brewery or the visit to Olympic`s Voodoo Casino, be sure the nights will be short.
